Get out the vote with the FEDDs Lit Stick program!

It's “Lit Stick” season! Get your steps in and help Dallas vote. No knocking, no talking—just sticking & walking. Pick up your walking turf now and drop off our handy election alert literature, called the Lit Stick.

We need volunteers on foot to get out 35k election alerts. Our biggest order yet!! The “lit stick” is a single-sheet with all the election details - dates, all Dem candidates, propositions guidance, and more. So, take a turf, or 5. Whether you walk one turf or 10, you’re directly helping us win.

Join us for a Lit Stick Launch Party on Sat, Oct 17th at 10am to pick up your turfs and a donut!

Or… Pick-up Turfs NOW: Porch pick-up is available daily on both the east & west sides of White Rock Lake.

  • For turfs EAST of WR lake, pickup at 859 Sylvania Drive, 75218, text Joey for support - 214-663-0826

  • For turfs WEST of WR lake, pickup at 6541 Arborist Lane, 75214, text Jennifer for support - 214-632-7959

  • The FEDDs turf comes with a MiniVAN list number, here are the instructions:

    • Download the MiniVAN app, create an account, and login (here’s a video about MiniVAN)

    • On your pickup porch will be a box with prepped turfs to take with you; grab a painters tape, too, if needed (if you don’t use all the tape, please bring it back to the box for another to use)

    • You are welcome to take as many turfs as you can complete, or come back for more

    • Enter the provided list number in MiniVAN, which will have all the addresses to hit (the long number on the post-it is the lit number)

    • Make sure your phone is charged, and you are all set to walk, with sunscreen and water

    • Use a piece of painters tape to stick it to front doors on your list

      • Please attempt to avoid the home’s paint altogether; try to tape it to windows, doors, metal, or even brick

    • Finish one turf before beginning another one

    • Go ahead & leave lit for any house w/ Democratic signage

    • Don’t put lit at doors with GOP signs, if you don’t want to; and feel free to skip No Soliciting signs

    • There may be a few extra sheets of lit in your pack, please give them away to anyone you meet !!
