The Funky East Dallas Democrats (the FEDDs) are a grassroots community of left-leaning individuals who came together after the 2016 election with a shared belief: democracy only works when people participate.

We believe that protecting our democracy starts with registering voters, getting people to the polls, and making sure every voice is heard. The power to shape our future belongs to us, and elections are where that power begins.

Politics doesn't start in Washington or Austin, it starts right here in our neighborhoods, our communities, cities and our great state. We encourage everyone to get involved and make their voices heard.

Our mission is to elect leaders who reflect and defend our morals, values, and rights. We're here to educate, organize, advocate, and turn grassroots energy into real change. Because when we work together, we have the power to decide who leads us and what kind of future we leave behind.
